Our story
Started in 2011.Still here.
Jesse started AZ Curb Appeal Landscape Maintenance with a pickup truck and the conviction that the front yard is the part of the property that actually decides things — the showing, the offer, the neighbor’s opinion of the block. 15 years later the truck is newer and the customer list is longer, but the work is still done by the same person you talk to on the phone.
I don’t run a crew. I don’t sub the work out. There’s no upsell pitch and no contract you can’t walk away from. The yard either reads “cared for” from the sidewalk or it doesn’t — that’s the only thing the curb appeal pitch is built on.
Most of my customers came from a Sun City or Peoria neighbor pointing across the gravel. I’d like to keep it that way.
